It's really choppy and suuuuuper scribbly because I took like 30 seconds to draw each frame. Please fill in the gaps and gloss over the art with your wonderful imagination! I made it in Windows Movie Maker which is an absolutely evil program =o=

The Echo chamber dilemmaThe promise of the Internet was that unlimited information and experiences would draw us together. But instead it seems to have driven us apart.
For years I've observed this behavior but haven't been able to vocalize it correctly. Originally I called the behavior of collective opinions as "the hive mentality" of the Internet. But that wasn't exactly right and I often got called out on it. The most prominent example was when I made a comic about a guy disagreeing with opinions and being shouted at till he remained quiet, eventually fading into the background with everyone else. The consensus of that comic was that if you disagree with someone you aren't bullied into not speaking, but instead are free to go someplace else where people who do agree with you exist. And you know what? That wasn't what i was trying to convey, but is sadly true. The Internet is not a hive mind. It's many tiny pocket echo chambers of mutual agreements.

Tutorial Demyx's Citar......... Moving back!

First let's start doing some real journal here!

I will try to update more this account with some nice photography right after I will be back to my home place.
Yes I am moving back to Montreal at the end of November.

I can't wait! (even tho I will need to work the night for a couple of month at Wal-Mart)

Will need some update about my new cat too. Is name is Salem. We found him laying outside our apartment in the corridor and Xibbard saw him.. So he is now part of our family.

For Saix and Demyx, will have more to show when our organization coat will be done by my love :iconshiro-kada:.

Must tell you that I am now engaged to her till the wedding! (ta ta tata... ^^)

So many things and now for the citar!

As you can see I am doing Demyx and I really want his Citar!
Here are the pictures I have now because it is still not finished!

H2O paint XD, gesso, acrylic latex silicone, keyhole hacksaw for metal, Poly spackling compound multiple surface repair, craft paint, 6 feet round pole (around the same as a broom), smaller one for holding the cord, plastic cord for weedeater, lots of sand paper and the main... the pinkpanther wall thingy.

Now the drawing on the pinkpanther sheets. Thanks to my love I got that:

Do not cut on the line yet! Cut 1 or 2 inches beside the line.
When it's cut, let's make a pretty hole inside for the pole like this:

When your pole fit in and that you cut both side so it is not to thin for one side, you can start glued everything together.
Use the silicone on both side and inside the hole for the pole. Place the pole in and squish the two sheets. You don't need to put the silicone everywhere like crazy. Just do some "s" where your final citar will be.

After 24 hours, you can start cutting the lines.

Will need to start doing the 3D part when I'll be fully moved.
